Responsibilities:
- Provide an “All Star” refined yet fun guest experience through genuine, expert hospitality
- Arrive at work on time, in uniform with a polished appearance
- Work as part of a team to initiate efficiency, engagement, hospitality, and “All Star Fun”
- Deliver a personalized culinary experience to each valued customer by getting to know the guest and by becoming an expert on our Scratch-Kitchen Menu, Craft Beers, and Cocktails
- Listen to the guest and provide “All Star Service” that’s just for them
Daily Responsibilities:
Opening:
- Wear the proper uniform as policy describes throughout the entire shift.
- Get ice for all the wells as the first task.
- Prepare fruit trays and backups.
- Restock the bar with beer, liquor, wine, glassware, juices, etc. Ensure everything is at the bar.
- Check keg beer and change kegs if necessary.
- Get trash cans and towels.
- Ensure the bar is clean before opening.
During Shift:
- Collect empty glasses from the bar.
- Wash glassware.
- Wipe the bar top constantly.
- Restock anything at the bar.
- Assist the bartender with any needs.
Closing:
- Wash all the glassware.
- Restock beer, liquor, etc.
- Clean the bar.
- Place dirty towels in their appropriate location.
- Dispose of trash and boxes.
- Ensure the beer cooler is clean and organized.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by the Manager on Duty.
Qualifications:
- Obtain a Food Handlers permit
- Obtain a TABC Certification.
- Must have basic computer skills for use of online scheduling system.

- Genuine care for the flawless execution of all food and beverage recipes to deliver picture-perfect menu items to the guest
- Must know and respect the skills and techniques necessary to prepare high-quality food and beverages
- Must be able to operate all required machinery and food preparation tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant/bar
